Position Summary:

This position is responsible for overall market sales growth, the nurturing of existing client relationships and driving operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of services to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field-Preferred
• At least five years of related experience required-Preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel as requested.

Compensation Package:

Base Salary $55,000.00

• Commision to be paid monthly on first pay cycle of the month
• Commision Plan

5% of contract price for any customer originated procured by rep

7.5%- Contracted Paint-Enhance Program

2.5%- POD House account or call in POD Lead.

All Commission payouts will be identified in schedule-flow per ticket

• Company Car with Gas card or equivalent compensation
• Reimbursements on approved purchases

• Insurance at 50% coverage & 401K Including a 3% POD match

****Should be at 100K within the year****

Position Expectations:

• The market leader must show the desire & ability to drive overall sales through prospecting new clients & developing current relationships
• Shall utilize CRM to monitor overall performance and understand KPI’s for weekly team calls
• Must possess a strong understanding of field operations & estimating that will allow & enhance the ability to communicate with clients & POD management
• Must be available to operations for Scope of sale information, project kick off meeting and start of project if needed
• Always act in the best interest of POD & POD’s clients
• Initial 90-Day period based on approved profitability on Global Gross Margins of 45% with a 30-Day notice to cancel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
